Kobay SAWIN Saws

Sawin is designed in a solid and stable die cast structure, semi-auto and fully-auto dicing saw machines using state of the art spindle system which is able to provide a positioning accuracy of 2µm. Attached is a copy of the brochure for further details and specifications. Sawin dicing machines are designed for maximum utilization for a wide range of materials and uses a user-friendly and intelligent software system which enables an automatic multi-channel dicing capability.

There are 4 basic models for the Sawin dicing saw machines.

Model 200

• For up to 8" (200mm x 200mm) materials (such as wafers, substrate and glass etc) or smaller
• Single spindle dicing machine
• Manual loading
• Features includes :-
  - Auto blade setup (non-contact)
  - P.R.S. (Pattern Recognition System)
  - Semi-auto cut mode
  - Muli-channel dicing
  - Video microscope
  - Windows based operational system and many others
• Optional features includes:
  - BBD (Blade Breakage Detector);
  - Spindle Collant Chiller; and
  - UPS (Undistruptable Power Supply).

Model 300

• Similar to Model 200, except it is for 12" (310mm x 310mm) materials.

Model 300D

• For up to 12" (310mm x 310mm) materials or smaller
• Dual spindle dicing machine with horizontal mounting
• Curing and washing station
• In addition to the above features, it also boasts 2 independent cameras to inspect both spindles at the same time, water leakage sensors and many others
• Optional features includes:
  - BBD
  - Spindle Collant Chiller
  - UPS (Undistruptable Power Supply)
  - Conversion kit (8" chuck table)

Model 300DH

• Similar to Model 300D with the Sawin H550 Handler (autoloading) incorporated to it.
